What to avoid BEFORE your anti-wrinkle appointment
- One week before appointment:
- Avoid alcohol, garlic and non-steroid anti-inflammatories
- Rather use panado and paracetamol
What to expect at your anti-wrinkle appointment

Procedure
- Injections feel pinch-like
- Tiny bumps and marks disappear within a few hours
After treatment
- For 4 hours: AVOID to lie down, strenuous exercise
- For 12 hours: AVOID extreme facial expression, alcohol, make-up
- For 24 hours: AVOID rubbing, massage, facial and fillers in face
- For 2 weeks: AVOID direct sun, UV light, saunas and freezing temp
- Follow-up scheduled after 2 weeks for a review
What to expect
- Most common side-effects: Headaches and dry eyes
- Within days: Less noticeable lines and wrinkles
- You will look like yourself, but more ‘relaxed’
- Effects last longer with regular injections and adhering to postcare rules
- Not a permanent treatment
